At the end of the nineteenth century, our grandfather Ibrahim Vefa came to Istanbul from the village of Ereshka of the Gora suburb of Prizren of Kosovo and started the production of boza. Boza was continued by his son Yusuf Ziya Vefa while preserving the same taste.
After opening the first shop in Sarachane in 1955, he opened his other shops in Ataturk Boulevard in 1957, Fatih Fevzi Pasa Street in 1961 and Capa in 1970.
We continue our adventure from the point where our father Yusuf Ziya Vefa left, without compromising the quality and the known taste of boza.
